Following the results of the Survey taken during the 2009 Medieval Fair, the management committee has agreed that our patrons expect "medieval-style" food to be available for them at the fair. The committee has agreed that the food should be served from stalls that look "medieval" and not from brightly coloured food vans.

We are pleased to announce that the food merchants who were at the 2011 Gumeracha Medieval Fair are:
